Only users who are MidFirst customers with iManage credentials can use the MidFirst Bank Mobile App. Depending on the user's choices while using the MidFirst Bank Mobile App, the following categories of personally identifiable information are collected about individual consumers who use the MidFirst Bank Mobile App:

  • Email address
  • MidFirst customers only: MidFirst customer user ID and password, account number and transaction information
  • Phone number
  • Device type
  • Mobile carrier
  • Phone or device operating system, transaction information including information on any mobile deposit
  • Pictures of any deposits made using Remote Deposit (check deposit by photo feature)
  • Geographic location
  • IP address
  • MidFirst Bank Mobile App Version
  • Data and attributes regarding the device used for fraud alert and detection purposes
